Flutterwave Uganda hosted a press conference fundraiser to officially donate to the construction of the Joshua Cheptegei Sports Training Facility in Kapchorwa.

Joshua Kiprui Cheptegei is a Ugandan long-distance runner, Olympic Gold Medalist, World Champion, World Cross Country Champion, and World Record Holder. Cheptegei is the tenth man in history to hold the 5,000 m and 10,000 m world records concurrently, both set in 2020.
